The following villa types are available: 1-Bedroom Ocean Front Villa; 3-Bedroom Ocean Front Villa; 2-Bedroom Garden Villa; 3-Bedroom Garden Villa and 5-Bedroom Garden Villa. Maximum occupancy in each villa is two guests per bedroom.
Santorini Restaurant, fine-dining option at the resort offers contemporary Caribbean cuisine in a romantic and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of the Greek islands. Try the Chefs’ Tasting Menu to fully experience the best of the island produce, the culture and cuisine. On an extended stay try a different Anguillian special each night with an accent on locally themed dishes.
Mediterraneo Poolside Restaurant a family-style restaurant offering crowd-pleasing dishes inspired by the coastal restaurants of Italy, Greece, Provence and Morocco. Share platters of meze, antipasti, salads, steaks, seafood and pastas. Daily soup and seafood specials are inspired by the gardens at Cuisinart. A children’s menu is also available. The wine list features a variety of wines from around the world to complement the chef’s cuisine.
Tapas Lounge Bar features a menu of small plates of intensely flavoured food perfect to accompany a glass of sherry, wine, rum punch or margarita
The Beach Bar, cool off with an icy island drink or beer at the full service beach bar. Conveniently located on the edge of the sand just a few steps away from the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea.
